Registering in Portucuenta is FREE.

To create a project is FREE, excelptfor the cases where the project is "Featured". See fee below.

Delivering offers and participation in bids is FREE. If an offer is chosen by the creator of the project, the offering user will pay to Portucuenta.com the corresponding fares (detailed below).

Users will pay the debt showed in the Balance field in less of 15 days from the notification from Portucuenta.com.
