Ranking system of Portucuenta.com

This document is a part of the General Terms and Conditions of Portucuenta.com. By accepting these Terms when registering, the user agrees to all the policies here included.

Portucuenta has a Ranking system easy to use and query.
This system is regularly updated by the users according to the transactions they complete.

Because of this, next to the username, a number with the amount of votes and the average ranking will appear.
This ranking system will also have a space for comments. These comments are showed under the sole responsibility of the user who wrote them.
The users who win a bid, as well as the creator of the project will have to rank their counterpart reporting the result of the transaction.

Comments and opinions included in the ranking system will ONLY refer to the transaction being qualified.
The ranking system is subject to the following rules.

How does it work?

After a transaction is completed, the User must rank his/her counterpart, reporting his/her experience in the operation, closing by this the initiated process.
Rankings can modify existing rankings by adding or substracting points from the general qualifcation.

The total ranking will be the average of the rankings of all the users who voted that specific user.

Restrictions

Personal information, or any information not related to the transaction is prohibited.

Auto-Ranking

A user cannot by any means influence his/her own ranking.
Any attempt to manipulate the ranking system will cause the deactivation of the account.

Inactive accounts

Users with account which have been suspended of temporaly deactivated will not be able to use the ranking system.

Ranking for each Transaction

Solamente se permitirá una calificación por cada transacción cerrada.

Responsibility for the Rankings

The user agrees to be the sole responsible for the rankings he/she makes. Any legal action result of a user's ranking will have to be faced by the user only. Portucuenta.com is not responsible of rankings or comments snet by users.

Elimination of rankings

As a general rule, Portucuenta.com does not eliminate rankings nor comments about a user.
Portucuenta.com will only consider to delete rankings or comments based on its own criteria and makes no guarantees regarding petitions made by users.

Responsibility of Portucuenta

Portucuenta is not required to verify the data entered by users. Portucuenta.com is not responsible for information entered by users.

Portucuenta.com can eliminate comments considered improper by Portucuenta.com criteria. Portucuenta.com can deactivate userswith multiple bad comments comming from different sources.
